2. Non-binding booking request form

When you send a non-binding booking request about camping pitches or horse boxes, we process the information you enter: name, email address, optional telephone number, preferred arrival and departure dates, requested capacity and message. You may also optionally upload vaccination records, deworming records and liability insurance evidence for the horses included in the request.

Sending an enquiry also requires explicit acceptance of the house rules and liability conditions. We store the acceptance time and the current house-rules version. The sole purpose is to respond to your non-binding booking request, review the submitted horse documents and prepare for the planned ranch opening. The legal basis is your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.

• The form does not create a booking or contract
• Uploaded records are visible only to signed-in ranch administrators
• Deletion once the enquiry is handled or consent is withdrawn; necessity is reviewed regularly

3. Online orders

When you order a KeraFlott gift set, we process the selected product, name, email address, telephone number, shipping address, optional note, selected payment method and the generated order code. Payment or account details are not processed through this website.

We need these details to confirm the order, coordinate payment and shipping, and deliver the handmade product. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract or pre-contractual measures). The data are visible only to signed-in ranch administrators and are deleted after the expiry of any statutory retention periods.

• PayPal or MobilePay payment takes place only after personal confirmation and outside the website
• The website stores no card, PayPal or MobilePay access data
• Orders are used only for handling, making, delivery and any legally required documentation

4. Anonymous visitor count and poll

If you consent in the privacy notice, we store a randomly generated key in your browser. This prevents the same browser being counted on every visit and allows one vote per browser for the camping poll.

We do not store names, email addresses or IP addresses for the visitor count or poll. The legal basis is your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. You can reset your choice at any time in your browser settings.

5. Storage and technical providers

The website is technically operated through the Manus platform. Form data, orders and anonymous counts are stored in the database set up for this website. Uploaded horse records are kept in protected file storage and are made available only through the access-controlled ranch administration. Automatic email forwarding of enquiries, orders or documents to external recipients is not currently enabled.

We do not use advertising or social-media tracking services on this website.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have rights including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. You can withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future by writing to info@goldenesporen-ranch.dk.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Agency, Datatilsynet.
